This policy explains how Internets LLC (the “Company”) handles user information in Excellent! Air Guitar (the “App”), its official website (the “Website”), and its support form.
Information Used on Your Device
The App processes motion data on your device to provide its functionality. It does not store this data or send it to the Company.
Settings and progress are saved on your device for future use and are not sent to the Company.
Information Received from Apple
Depending on your sharing settings and Apple’s practices, Apple may provide crash reports to the Company. These may include technical details about the App, device, operating system, and crash.
The Company uses these reports to investigate problems, improve reliability, and fix bugs, and deletes its copies when no longer needed for the investigation or fix. Apple manages its own copies under the Apple Privacy Policy.
Information Received Through Inquiries
The support form collects your email address, category, message, language information, checkbox responses, and verification information. Cloudflare processes submissions and delivers them by email. The Company uses this information to answer your inquiry and resolve the issue.
The Company promptly deletes personal information in support correspondence once the response and issue are resolved. It may keep anonymized technical information to improve the App.
Website Information
The Website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, and email delivery. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser and device details, and request or security information. Its own records and retention practices are separate from the Company’s support correspondence and deletion rules; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
The support form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser and device details, and similar information for this check; your IP address is sent when available. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Protection and Your Rights
The Company takes necessary and appropriate security measures to protect your information.
The App and Website use the services described above. The Company does not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
To ask about information the Company holds or request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact details in the Contact section. Your rights and the handling of requests depend on applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
The Company may update this policy as information handling, laws, or circumstances change. Updates and their effective dates will appear on the Website, with additional notice or consent where required by law.
